The Woodlands is a master planned community in the state of Texas and is considered part of the Houston metropolitan area.  Although it is primarily located in Montgomery County, it has portions that extend into Harris County. As of the 2020 U.S. Census, the township had a population of 114,436 people. The Woodlands is organized into 8 Villages which are subdivided into neighborhoods.
