This website (the "Site") offers information and services related to real estate (the "Services") provided by Alejandra De La Campa, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty The Woodlands (KWWD, LLC). Information you provide. When you fill out a form on the Site (for example to contact us, request a showing, request a home valuation, or subscribe to updates) we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and message.

Automatic data collection. Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising tools we use may automatically log information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies.

Third-party platforms. If you interact with us through social media, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, those platforms' own privacy policies apply to the information they collect.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services;
  • To schedule showings and appointments and send related reminders;
  • To send listings, market updates and newsletters you have requested (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site;
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google;
  • To comply with law and protect our rights.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with our brokerage (Keller Williams Realty The Woodlands), with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business (such as hosting, email and CRM providers), with professional advisors, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

We will never share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through Google, Facebook, the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. To unsubscribe from emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

5. SMS Text Messaging Terms

  • Use of SMS. We use SMS text messaging to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
  • Unsubscribing. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send "STOP", we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time.
  • Assistance. If you are experiencing issues, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or get help directly at aledelacampa@kw.com.
  • Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Frequency and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
